Foundation No-Gi

Modern, fast, scrappy. No-gi BJJ strips away the kimono, you'll rely on body control, underhooks, leg locks, and wrestling-style transitions.

What You'll Learn

Grappling Without The Grips

Without the gi to grip, the game changes. Pace quickens. Submissions shift, collar chokes give way to guillotines, anacondas, and heel hooks. Body-to-body control, hand fighting, and underhooks become king. No-Gi Foundation teaches all of it from scratch.

If your background is wrestling, no-gi will feel most familiar. If your background is gi BJJ, learning no-gi will sharpen your understanding of leverage and pressure: you cannot use grips, it is a different dynamic, more fluid.
