The same Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu we teach in every class, in a room with only women in it. Coached by a woman, open to complete beginners and experienced grapplers alike.
BJJ is built on leverage rather than strength, which is why a smaller person can control a larger one. That is what makes it worth training, and it only works if it is taught somewhere you actually feel safe to train hard, ask questions and roll.
It is the same curriculum as our other classes: positional hierarchy, escapes from the worst positions, sweeps and submissions. What changes is the room. Women-led coaching, mixed experience levels, and no pressure to spar before you're ready.
Never done a martial art. Nervous. Curious. Unsure if you'll like it. Start exactly here, this class is built for you.
Been away from training, or starting again after a long gap? Mixed experience levels mean you can pick up where you actually are, not where you left off.
Already train BJJ and want a dedicated women's training space alongside it? You're welcome here too, sharpen your game and mentor newer members.

Bring them all. Nothing is too basic. We'd rather answer 20 questions than have you leave unsure.
"Safe" is a word many gyms use. Here's what it means to us, in practice:
